The studio isn't open yet, but we're not waiting to meet you. Through May and June, we're bringing the Offshore Method to Seascape Park in Aptos for outdoor mat Pilates and local vendors. Meet the crew, get a feel for how we move, and see what we're building before we open our doors.

About OSP
Our signature class is a structured, reformer-based strength class. Each session moves down the body through balanced blocks of upper, core, and lower-body work, using the reformer as the primary resistance tool.
Classes are taught in a boutique, small-group setting so instructors can focus on proper form, personalized coaching, and meaningful corrections. Expect controlled, progressive strength training with purposeful sequencing and a clear focus every class.
